What is a BALANCED YOGA PRACTICE?
It’s knowing what sort of movement (or stillness) your body requires today. It’s remembering that your inner world is just as important as your physical body. It’s rejecting the idea of the ordinary and the routine and instead syncing yourself with your own rhythm. It’s a vinyasa class on the days your need to feel strong and a restorative class on the days you need deep rest. It’s a yin class when your joints need some TLC and a slow flow class when you need a little bit of everything.

We also offer a wide variety of special classes and workshops.
We offer classes to promote self love and self care, meeting you just where you are, and we invite you to move in the ways that you need to. Your body is unique and you don’t need to be a stereotypical “yoga person” to fit in here.
