It’s not that the moon alone is magic, but through connecting to its rhythm, you find greater attunement with your own ability to create magic in your life.
When you take time out of your busy life to envision the life you want for yourself, you’re much more likely to take action to support it. When you don’t give your vision any attention, life will just roll along, and pretty soon years will go by, and you lose touch with that part of yourself that wants to create something more meaningful.
Connecting with the New Moon allows you to plant seeds for future change and to connect to the vision that you have for yourself. Connecting in sacred space and in community supports manifestation and transformation.
These monthly moon gatherings will allow you to clarify your intentions for the rest of the month—and commit to aligned action steps to support your vision.
This month our focus will be on planting the seeds that will germinate in the Spring. This new moon falls near Imbolc and Candlemas, also known as St Brigid’s Day. These celebrations all honor the fact that we’re halfway through the darkest days of winter and that spring will be here soon.
Even in the midst of harshness, we can nurture the seeds that are ready to blossom in the future.
When we get too bogged down in winter energy, it can feel stagnant and that every action – from getting up in the morning to getting yourself to bed at night – feels like it’s being done with a 10 ton weight on your back.
By tending to your creative ideas, self-care, and your unique brilliance, getting through the remaining winter/hibernation until spring will feel much lighter.
Bring a journal, an object of meaning and your own open heart. The circle will include meditation, journaling, sharing and time for quiet contemplation.
