Danielle Graham leads this two (2) hour workshop to guide you through a practice that can be done on the floor, wall or chair. Props like blocks, straps, blankets and more will be used throughout the entire workshop. Also, throughout the workshop, suggestions will be offered for making a yoga practice work for you!
