For over twenty years of study and practice, Olga Chwa has been weaving together many somatic trainings: traditional yoga, therapeutic massage, wellness coaching and native teachings. She is passionate in the belief that when each of us feels healthy and whole, the world will be healthy and whole. A classical yoga teacher since 2000, she is registered at Yoga Alliance’s E-RYT 500 level, having studied and taught over 3000 hours and hundreds of students around the world. She is a Massage Therapist, both nationally Board Certified and licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio and focuses her continuing education on the integration of east and west modalities that best serve women’s wellness.
