Heal: Hips Edition is an immersion workshop that addresses all things HIPS.
Explore unique movements to help master lower body connectivity to improve posture and performance. You will move through a sequence designed to help build body awareness, identify "blind spots," increase strength and improve range of motion throughout the hip region. Additionally, we will use therapy balls to learn self care rolling techniques to enhance your physical practice and restore your muscles. The workshop will conclude with a guided meditation and breathwork to complete your practice.
