YOGA HANDS: Meditation, Mudras + Malas

is a 2 hour practice/create workshop that reminds us that sometimes the most delicious and effective yoga practices are so very subtle, and can be done anywhere.
Mudras are hand gestures that help to remind us of deep truths. And Japa meditation involves using a mantra (words or sound to help focus the mind) and a strand of mala beads. Both of these simple and beautiful practices can help give us some the spiritual grounding needed to navigate our busy and complicated lives.
In this 2 hour workshop, we'll practice a bunch of mudras, then we'll formulate our own mantras and make our very own strand of mala beads.
