How To Abide 200 Hour YTT
Beginning March 2020!
Yoga is a vast practice that can help us humans adapt to and thrive in this always-changing world. If your yoga practice has helped to change you, and now you’re ready to learn more, here is the deep dive you’ve been waiting for. Join Hope Hamling, Annie Siegel, Danielle Graham, Gwendolyn Hashimoto, Anny Seitz, Julia Larouche, Caitlin Harwood, Lyz Bly and other guest teachers to take this journey Abide style. We are not your typical yoga teacher training. We approach our teaching from a social justice oriented perspective, and believe that yoga should be for EVERYONE. Expect to learn the “rules” but then also why they must sometimes be broken. Expect to read ancient wisdom texts right alongside modern takes on yoga. Learn about Ayurveda, our nervous systems, and how we’re wired, alongside anatomy. Learn how to share these practices in a heartfelt and authentic way. It’s your time!
