The Moving Forward Immersion
SPRING 2026 COHORT IS NOW ENROLLING!
We eat darkness for breakfast.
At first,
repulsion —
so bitter,
so gritty.
But then
richness nourishes our tissues,
moves through us, fuels us
as we do what we humans are here to do:
keep stretching outward
toward the light.
It’s 2026, and there is much to shed.
Much to set down.
Much to let go of.
Sluggishness.
Feeling unbalanced.
Habitual passivity.
Time spent stunned — deer in headlights.
The world is wildly shifting.
This feels like an earthquake — tectonic, not surface.
And this world keeps asking us to stay.
Be strong.
Be adaptable.
Be wild ourselves.
What happens when the dark gets SO VERY DARK?
How do we embody something that feels less broken than the status quo?
We practice.
Every single day:
Turning toward beauty.
Moving the body.
Filling ourselves with breath and letting it go — times infinity.
Rift times require so much of us.
Holding so much.
Letting go of so much.
And we know: it’s easier together. Always.
We are CO-creatures.
COEXISTENCE.
COLLABORATION.
COREGULATION.
COOPERATION.
CONNECTION.
together is better.
But beyond co-regulating a nervous system…
what moves us?
What is meaningful?
Throughout this month-long immersion, we will live inside this question (thank you Dayna Nuckolls):
What practices or rituals are you implementing to increase your capacity to hear your feelings and your body?
Spiritual, religious, therapeutic, health-based, relational, physical — all of it.

What We’ll Practice
Embodying the energy of budding and flowering
Finding inner springiness through deer play
Welcoming warmth through bird play
Finding inner and outer buoyancy
Rebounding
Co-movement
Conflict as practice
Art as practice
Nourishment as practice
This is not about bypassing the dark.
This is about metabolizing it,
letting it feed us.
This is about practicing being human in a time of rupture.
Practicing forward movement — not forced, not brittle — but budding.

Dates: Fridays in April 2026: 3, 10, 17, 24
Time: 6:00–8:30 PM
Location: Abide Yoga, 13001 Larchmere Blvd, Cleveland. It’s preferred you can attend all sessions in person.
Sliding Scale Tuition: $444 / $555 / $666
Includes unlimited Abide membership for the duration of the Immersion.
Payment plans available.
We’ll share a nourishing meal each session.
