How to Abide: 200 Hour Yoga and Healing Arts Teacher Training
Yoga is a vast practice that can help us humans adapt to and thrive in this always-changing world. If your yoga practice has helped to change you, and now you’re ready to learn more, here is the deep dive you’ve been waiting for. Join Hope Hamling, founder of Abide, along with a variety of guest teachers, to take this journey Abide style.
We are not your typical yoga teacher training.
We approach our teaching from trauma-informed and liberatory perspective, and believe that yoga should be for EVERYONE. Expect to learn the “rules” but then also why they should sometimes (OK…much of the time!) be broken.
Expect to read ancient wisdom texts right alongside modern takes on yoga and trauma. Learn about Ayurveda, our nervous systems, and how we’re wired, alongside anatomy. Learn about best practices for trauma-informed yoga and movement classes.
Learn how to share the practices that resonate with you in a heartfelt and authentic way, or just immerse yourself in the practice for YOU.
