Your hands are powerful portals to your nervous system. For an evening, let's dive into the wonderful world of yogic practices for the hands. We'll practice some heart-centric poses, and mudras, or hand gestures that create shifts in the energetic body. We'll learn about japa, a form of meditation that involves mantra repetition and a string mala beads. And then we'll make our own malas with gorgeous crystal beads.
