Winter Community {c.a.r.e}  is a time of being with self through community.  During our two hours together, we will mindfully breathe, meditate, reflect and commune. Winter can often feel challenging and isolating. Energy is low, this is the way of nature. Come into community, into a collective space for tending to one’s self through feeling, releasing, expressing, breathing and resting. Remember that you are never alone.

We humbly invite you to come as you are. Join Danielle Graham, a meditation teacher and yoga therapist and Nadeen al-Jijakli, a yoga instructor and sound healer, and allow yourself to take the evening off. Let us commune and connect through the practices of stillness, breathwork, meditation, poetry, yin and restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and contemplative reflection, as well as through the shared vibrational experience of healing sounds and instruments.
