Bring yourself fully into each zodiac season through gentle yoga, somatics, and guided meditation. We’ll learn the traits and expressions for the current sun sign, and how we can use their lessons to move through the cycle of the year. We’ll close the practice with journaling and an option to connect over tea and astro chat. Mini astro journals provided.

For grounded and stubborn Taurus, we'll focus on themes of stability, safety and the senses.
