Pelvis-palooza! w. Dr. Jessica Jenkins and Hope Hamling (Larchmere)

  • Abide Yoga Studio LLC 13001 Larchmere Blvd Shaker Heights United States (map)

Curious about your pelvic floor? Taint misbeahavin'? Having symptoms that make you believe you might have some dysfunction down there? Join Dr. Jessica Jenkins, Pelvic Floor Therapist, and Hope Hamling, teacher at Abide Yoga, for an evening of information and exploration. We'll learn about our anatomy, then practice shapes and movement patterns to help create a more supple, strong pelvic floor. And because this is happening during the dinner hour, we'll also have a vegan, gluten free, nut free meal.

All genders and expressions welcome. Everyone has a pelvic floor!
