Break Up With Diet Culture
Join registered dietitian Anya Todd for a workshop addressing our society's toxic diet culture. As a time of year when people are inundated with messages of resolutions on how to change their bodies, Anya will facilitate a frank discussion about the science of weight loss and why diet culture is problematic. Participants will learn about cultivating body awareness and the basic tenets of mindful eating to help improve our relationships with food and our bodies. Advanced registration is preferred.
