Presented by Rooted Blossoms, Sacred Resonance is an offering of interwoven movement, meditation and healing sounds. An offering of soulful presence and communion in the midst of the fast-approaching holiday season.
Danielle Patrice of Rooted Blossoms will be leading a gentle but powerful heart-opening yin practice and loving-kindness meditation. A beautiful healing sound bath by cellist, Ann Yeh, will culminate this gathering at Abide Yoga.

Danielle Graham, RYT 200, is committed to creating and offering spaces for healing and presence through yoga, breath, meditation and sound. She particularly is drawn to infusing live sound and spoken word. She believes these rituals help to cultivate mindful connections and communion with self and others. As a yoga teacher, Danielle’s teaching centers around practices of stillness and gentle movement. Abide Yoga is her yoga home where you can find her covering classes. Ann Yeh, cellist, hails from Ellicott City, Maryland. She is the Operations and Community Outreach Coordinator with the ProMusica Chamber Orchestra in Columbus, OH. She completed her Master's degree in Cello Performance and Suzuki Pedagogy from the Cleveland Institute of Music and received her Bachelor's at Vanderbilt University, where she studied Cello Performance and Human and Organizational Development. Outside of music, Ann loves the outdoors, baking, and photography.
